So guys here is my walkthrough /First Look at energyhost hosting. So this is my first hosting walkthrough and i will be soon doing a full review on this hosting Stay Tuned !
Energy host is not too new hosting launched in 2018. So to Test it out I took a Standard shared hosting plan which includes:-
- Host 5 Website
- 25 GB SSD Storage
- Unlimited Bandwidth
- Unlimited Email Accounts
- cPanel Control Panel
- LiteSpeed WebServer
- MultiPHP Manager
- Free SSL Certificate
- CloudLinux OS
- Node.js Application
- Python Application
- Imunify360 Security
So while purchasing i didnt got any problem in payment methods. They integrate Razor pay which includes many options like cards, net banking, wallets and much more ..So after purchasing my hosting was activated after 2 mins .So to test the hosting i shifted my wordpress website with almost 100 visitors per day to this hosting to test how does it work.So they provide us with cpanel which is super easy to handle and work with.
Servers
Upon some research i found out that they don’t have their own servers they use the OVH Hosting servers. They are using litespeed servers which are great for WordPress as they are faster than the Nginx and APACHE.So as they are using litespeed server we can use the memcache php option which is great for website caching.Their all shared hosting plans include 2GB ram limit which is great for WordPress users.Their Cpanel also includes JetBackups which us free daily backups.
Performance
As they use the lite speed servers coupled with 2 GB ram they are powerful and fast at the first. But sometimes a notice a major slow website might be because of too many users on single server. But as a shared hosting plan it’s ok.Its performance is just like the noraml shared hosting
Customer Service
One of the worst customer support there ticket system is like a showpiece no one replies even after 1 week, the onlt way to contact them is through whatsapp and call (India).Even through they took more then 4 hours to reply to my messages.
Quality Uptime
Uptime is an extremely important web hosting element, as it’s a measure of your website’s availability. Sites with good uptime are considered dependable; sites with bad uptime are inaccessible and unreliable. So i need some more time to spend with this hosting to get the uptime results.Still i didnt notice any downtime
Pros
- LiteSpeed Servers
- 2 GB ram
- Daily Backups through Jet Backups
- Full Cpanel
Cons
- Over Crowded Servers Which can be fixed
- Worst Customer Support
Note:- This is not my final review i will be posting the final review soon guys
Verdict
So after spending 5 days with this hosting i got to knew that this hosting is good as they use litespeed servers plus with 2GB ram limit per user. So to give the final verdict i need to spend more time with this hosting . I will get soon Then till subscribe to our newsletter to get our latest news about wordpress and hosting reviews.SStay Tuned Guys !
